Please read before renting the clubhouse/pool

REMINDER: Clubhouse rentals are available to active HOA and Associate members only, meaning all dues must be current (including any past balances & any late fees).

We’re so glad to see the clubhouse being enjoyed more and more! Please note that once the annual dues deadline has passed (3/31/26), access to community facilities - including existing reservations - will be limited to members with up-to-date accounts.

Any reservations that fall after the due date will require an active membership at that time, and if not paid in full the reservation will be canceled.

Clubhouse Rental and/or Pool Rental

The Dove Tree Clubhouse and/or pool is available to rent for Members

and Associate Members only!

Clubhouse w/ Pool rentals are not permitted on holiday weekends.

For all Clubhouse with Pool rentals, this form must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

The Dove Tree Rental Agreement must be completed and turned in as well.

NOTE: Please allow 3 business days for the receipt and processing of your rental request.

Noise, Smoking & Drug Policy — Zero Tolerance

No loud, disruptive, or obnoxious music is permitted at any time. Music containing profanity or explicit content is strictly prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or the use of any illegal drugs is not permitted anywhere on Dove Tree property, including but not limited to: the clubhouse, parking lot, pool area, pool deck, tennis courts, and all surrounding common areas.

This is a zero tolerance policy. Any violation will result in:

Immediate termination of the event
Forfeiture of the security deposit
The Sheriff’s Office will be contacted to enforce this policy if necessary

The reserving HOA or Associate member is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests and attendees.
